Absolutely. We collaborate with homeowners, architects, and builders on new construction projects, guiding interior space planning, finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, lighting, and furnishings. Our goal is to create a cohesive vision from the earliest decisions through the final details.

Timelines depend on the size and complexity of the project. Full-service furnishing projects require time for design development (6-10 weeks), ordering, and installation, while renovations and new builds follow construction schedules and can take considerably longer. We establish a tailored timeline during onboarding and keep you informed throughout the process.

Yes. We collaborate with architects, builders, contractors, and specialized trades to help ensure that design decisions are cohesive and clearly documented. Our team provides design plans, elevations, finish selections, and specifications appropriate to the project scope, while construction execution remains with the responsible building professionals.

We attend trade shows and source directly from trusted vendors, reviewing quality and style in person before recommending pieces. We curate furnishings, lighting, textiles, and finishes from a mix of trusted trade partners, artisan makers, and established design brands. Our selections prioritize craftsmanship, comfort, longevity, and pieces that bring personality to each home.
