It’s Never Just One Person

This award may carry my name, but it represents something much bigger.

It represents our sweet, hardworking team who bring even the wildest ideas to life. It represents Alper, who stepped in as co-lead and believed in this vision as much as I did. It represents the late nights, the risks, the reinvestments, the studio renovation, and the trust.

And honestly, it represents all of us. Every client who trusted us with their home.Every friend who shared our posts.Every family member who encouraged us when it felt uncertain.

Thank you for believing in us.

We don’t take a single bit of it lightly.

Last year, when I received the news that we had been selected as “Designer to Watch – Atlanta” by Modern Luxury, something happened that I don’t think I’ve shared fully. A few hours before I received that email, I had handed in my "official" resignation. Same Day.

Yes — truly.

Life has a way of connecting dots we can’t see in the moment. That feature felt like a whisper saying, “Keep going. You’re on the right path.”

And now, here we are.

Six months into being fully committed to the studio.

Almost four years since Design & Curations officially formed.

And we are now part of this incredible group of designers across the Southeast.

It feels like confirmation. It feels like alignment.
