Welcome to Project Simpsons—aka “Wildest Dream”—a full main-floor renovation that blends modern design with timeless warmth, all tailored for a vibrant family of four (plus two dogs and a cat!).

Our goal for this project was to create a bright, functional, and beautifully refined space that makes everyday living feel effortless, and entertaining feel elevated.
This home is the epitome of what we call “Refined for Real Life”, where clean lines meet cozy textures, and family-friendly functionality is never sacrificed for style.
The Vision: Muted, Modern, Made for Living
From the start, the existing layout felt dated and disconnected. So, we completely reimagined the flow of the main floor. The result? A light-filled, harmonious home with intuitive spaces designed for real life.
Here’s a peek at what we transformed:
Relocated the kitchen to what used to be the dining room, creating better flow and functionality.
The former kitchen is now a bright, window-lined breakfast nook.
We relocated the arched window to create a stunning new kitchen sink moment.
Opened up walls, elevated ceilings, and maximized natural light throughout.
Transformed the old family room into a statement dining room.
Kitchen Design: Livable Luxury with Every Detail Considered
We designed a kitchen that strikes the perfect balance between beauty and utility.
Crisp white cabinetry paired with a soft pebble-gray island for visual contrast.
Integrated appliances including a fridge, microwave drawer, beverage fridge, and hidden appliance garage.
Clever storage like utensil pull-outs makes everyday cooking seamless.
A sculptural plaster hood above the range becomes a focal point, flanked by warm-toned sconces.
Organic elements like brass and rattan infuse warmth into the modern palette.
This kitchen was designed to be as hardworking as it is beautiful, ideal for both casual mornings and hosting guests.
Dining Room: The First Impression Moment
Step through the front door and you’re greeted with a WOW moment: the dining room.
A custom arched dry bar steals the show, with handmade zellige tile and Taj Mahal quartzite countertops.
Custom wood cabinetry keeps the vibe sleek, modern, and timeless.
This space sets the tone for the entire home, elegant yet approachable, tailored yet lived-in.
Living Room: A Fresh Take on Function and Style
The living area was once a dark, underused space. Now? It’s a cozy-meets-modern haven.
We moved the TV off the fireplace and created a striking gallery wall featuring a Samsung Frame TV.
Installed white oak ceiling beams to define the space with warmth and structure.
Designed a full library wall with triple arches, framed by a subtle wallpaper backdrop for soft texture.
Swivel chairs create flexibility for lounging, conversation, or movie nights.
This room is a great example of organic modern design: neutral, luxe, and layered for real family life.
Collaboration & Craftsmanship
We partnered with Atlanta Curb Appeal as our general contractor to bring this vision to life. From structural changes to finishing touches, we managed the renovation and furnishings end-to-end.
